Cybersecurity Policy Development for Community Organizations

In an era where online threats are increasingly targeting small nonprofits, it is crucial for community-focused organizations to bolster their cybersecurity measures. This project aims to develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies and safety procedures tailored for such organizations. The goal is to protect sensitive data and ensure the organization's digital and human assets are safe. Learners will research best practices in cybersecurity and strategies to avoid being targeted in the first place for small nonprofits, assess the current digital vulnerabilities of our organization, and design implementable safety protocols. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge of cybersecurity principles in a real-world context, emphasizing the importance of proactive measures in safeguarding digital environments. The project will focus on creating a robust framework that can be easily adopted by similar organizations facing heightened online threats.

Website Construction

Welcome to CCBI! We are a budding non-profit Social Finance Clinic and we're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative initiative with their skills in Website Construction Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to transfer our website from a website builder to wordpress to enhance our website’s functionality. Currently, the translation app we use is inefficient, leading to inaccuracies and issues with overcharged visuals due to bilingualism in Quebec. Collaborative Knowledge Base Development for ICRC/CCBI

The ICRC/CCBI is aiming to develop an internal wiki or collaborative knowledge base to enhance knowledge-sharing and streamline onboarding processes. As a nonprofit operating within the social economy, ICRC/CCBI collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders, including collaborators, contractors, staff, volunteers, members, and partners. The current challenge lies in effectively managing and disseminating information across these varied groups to ensure consistent and efficient communication. Pricing Model Development

We would like you to develop and test a series of pricing model options and present an effective data-based pricing model recommendation for our organization. You should conduct primary and secondary research to confirm your recommendation is validated by our target customer in this market. To accomplish this, we believe you will need to conduct the following research: Our organization’s costs, target customer, revenue targets, and business goals. The competitive landscape of this new market. Organizing focus groups, surveys, and/or customer discovery interviews to get input and feedback on potential pricing models. Using targeted ads to A/B test landing pages with different price models. We want to enter this new market with a proven pricing model so that we can have a successful launch.
