Our company is preparing to launch Odyssey, a digital health and education platform designed to support individuals with autism through personalized learning, teacher-parent collaboration, and AI-driven intervention planning.

The main goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Odyssey. While we have identified key features and target audiences, we require structured market research, positioning strategies, and execution plans to ensure Odyssey’s successful launch and adoption. We would like to collaborate with students to research, analyze, and propose a GTM strategy tailored for Odyssey.

Deliverables

Project Scope and Expectations:

During this project, students will develop a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Odyssey, a digital health and education platform for autism. This includes conducting market research, defining target audiences, recommending positioning and messaging, and outlining a launch roadmap.

Company Overview:

At Agile Creative Labs, we pride ourselves on creating innovative digital solutions that bridge technology, inclusivity, and impact. Our team has delivered transformative IT and digital projects across sectors, from large-scale enterprise systems to cutting-edge AI-driven platforms.

One of our flagship initiatives is Odyssey, a platform co-designed through academic research and community collaboration to support individuals with autism. Odyssey empowers teachers, parents, and caregivers through personalized learning pathways, AI-driven intervention recommendations, and collaborative tools that strengthen home–school connections.

This project offers students an opportunity to gain insights into the autism edtech sector, learn how startups bring products to market, and contribute directly to shaping Odyssey’s GTM strategy.

  • Recommend Marketing Strategies: Propose launch channels, partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Design Go-to-Market Roadmap: Outline a phased plan for product launch and adoption.

Final Deliverables:

Students will upload the following deliverables to the platform:

  • Final GTM Strategy Document: containing market research, positioning, recommended strategies, and roadmap.
