Firstly, I Would like to seize this moment to thank Mr. Barry and TEAM Finance & Real Estate Group Inc. for the opportunity to work on the Visionz Luxury Lounge project located in Ajax, Ontario. The experience of this project was very valuable and enriching. The market research and development of the feasibility study encompassed a market pillar, in which we could participate in other analytical and strategic application in a real-life scenario, as well as understand the luxury hospitality and real estate market in Greater Toronto Area better. Company’s leadership and vision during the process allowed us to be on track with the goals of the project and discussion and feedback openness made the process very interactive. The assistance that was provided to us in the course of our research- particularly in getting to know the expectations and strategic plans of the TEAM Finance- immensely helped us create a report that is not only practical but also data-filled.
